Fisch to Receive 2026 Huber Award for Outstanding Community Leadership

The Morris County Chamber of Commerce will honor Gary Fisch, Founder and CEO of Gary’s Wine & Marketplace, with the 2026 Saint Clare’s Health William P. Huber Award for Outstanding Community Leadership.

Fisch will receive the award at the Chamber’s 105th Annual Meeting Luncheon on Feb. 12, 2026, at the Hanover Marriott Hotel.

The Huber Award celebrates individuals who have demonstrated exceptional volunteer leadership, a deep commitment to community service in Morris County, and an innovative approach to business. Fisch’s decades of philanthropic impact and leadership in the wine and hospitality industry exemplify the legacy of the award’s namesake, William P. Huber.

Fisch’s recognition follows the tremendous success of Gary’s 26th Annual Grand Tasting, which raised money for local nonprofits. Held at the Park Avenue Club on Nov. 3, the event benefited Goryeb Children’s Hospital in Morristown, Morris Arts in Cedar Knolls, the Interfaith Food Pantry in Morris Plains, and Homeless Solutions of Morristown.

The evening generated over $115,000 in net proceeds. Additional donations from the Fisch Family Foundation, run by Gary’s wife, Liz Fisch, increased total contributions across all supported charities to over $140,000.

Under Fisch’s leadership, Gary’s Wine & Marketplace has grown into one of New Jersey’s premier destinations for fine wine, gourmet foods, and community events. He currently serves on the boards of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) and the Community Foundation of New Jersey (CFNJ).
