- Beth Rooney, Director of the Port Authority of NY & NJ, will address the role of infrastructure in economic development. From optimizing transportation networks to supporting business accessibility, her expertise will spotlight how infrastructure can enhance economic vitality in Morris County and surrounding areas.
- Brady O’Connor, Chief of External Affairs & Deputy Chief Commercial Officer for FIFA World Cup 2026, will speak about the immense opportunities tied to hosting one of the most prestigious global sporting events. Brady’s keynote will examine how regional involvement can amplify tourism, hospitality, and local business growth. Brady shared, “Economic prosperity and community success are at the heart of major global events like the FIFA World Cup 2026. The Host Committee is committed to ensuring this tournament leaves a lasting economic and social impact on the region and the best way to do this is through collaboration and strategic partnerships.”
- Amanda Granito, Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Red Bulls New York, will share invaluable insights on leveraging corporate partnerships and sports to foster community development. Highlighting how collaborations can drive both economic growth and meaningful engagement within our local communities, Amanda noted, “The New York Red Bulls aim to inspire, unite, and engage the communities we serve. Between the excitement of bringing world-class events to Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison and the future opening of our premier training complex in Morris Township, we continue to reinforce our commitment to current and future economic prosperity opportunities within our backyard.”

2024 Real Estate Awards
The Real Estate Awards spotlight standout developments and initiatives driving tangible economic progress in Morris County:
Deal of the Year – Office
The Office Award recognized FM Global Insurance’s successful new development, showcasing the county’s ability to attract global businesses. This project was spearheaded by Jamie Drummond of Newmark, whose work highlights the importance of reliable, modern office spaces in supporting business expansion and opportunity.
Deal of the Year – Industrial
The Industrial Award celebrates the largest industrial project of the year, which brought Refresco US into the region. Facilitated through the efforts of Noah Balanoff, Jacquelyn Severino, and Mark Hay from Colliers, this project strengthens supply chains and drives significant economic progress in Morris County.
Business Attraction Award
The Business Attraction Award went to the team responsible for bringing RealCold to Morris County, a move that reinforces the county’s growing reputation as a hub for innovation and forward-thinking enterprises. The efforts of Kevin Dudley, Kate Granaham, Chad Hillyer, and Nick Klacik from CBRE were instrumental in securing this achievement.
Business Retention Award
Lastly, the Business Retention Award honored the initiatives that ensured the long-term success of Wallenius Wilhelmsen in the region. Raymond Trevisan and William O’Keefe of Cushman & Wakefield led this vital project, emphasizing the importance of stability in keeping businesses firmly rooted in Morris County.
2024 Impact Awards
The Impact Awards commend extraordinary contributions to the economic and cultural vibrancy of Morris County:
Tourism Impact Award – The Morris Museum
Awarded to the Morris Museum for its role in inspiring lifelong learning and creativity. The museum continues to drive cultural tourism and enhance community enrichment through its renowned exhibitions, including the Guinness Collection of Mechanical Musical Instruments and Automata, and its performing arts programs.
Community Impact Award – Community Builders

Economic Development Impact Award – MSW Workforce Development Board of Northwest NJ
